The tracker on the start-stop guide runs entirely in your browser. The cycle times and the arousal levels you tap are held in memory while the page is open and disappear when you reload or leave. They are never written to storage and never sent to a server.
What is processed to serve the pages
The pages, images and fonts are served by Cloudflare from this domain. Cloudflare processes ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect its network, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't add tracking to that.
